How To Make Bridal Tea Scrapbook

Scrapbooking is a great way to chronicle your life, tuck away special memories, and create something you and your family will continue to enjoy ¡n years to come.

At your bridal tea party, you can invite your guests to actually take part in making your scrapbook. You’ll not only have photographs to remember the day, but extra special memories of the fun you had, too.

Everyone has stories or words of advice to share with the bride. With this neat, one-of-a-kind keepsake, you can make sure the message lasts a lifetime.

Here are the materials you will need to make one bridal tea scrapbook:

• plain scrapbook
• assorted scrapbook embellishments and stickers
• colored pens
• assorted photos
• stamps and rubber-stamp ink pad(s)
• decorative paper, cut into 4” x 6” (10 x 15 cm) pieces
• decorative, acid-free adhesive tape

STEP 1. When sending out your shower invitations, also ask your guests to send you a photo they like of either the bride or groom. Arrange the photos on one or more pages in the scrapbook. Secure the photos with decorative adhesive tape.

STEP 2. During the shower, supply each guest with a piece of decorative paper and a colored pen. Ask them to write a simple wish, bit of advice, or a haiku dedicated to the bride and groom.

STEP 3. Collect the pieces of paper. With adhesive tape, arrange the pieces around the photos in the scrapbook to make captions.

STEP 4. Ask your guests to select stamps, stickers, or other embellishments and take turns decorating the finished page.
