How to make Beach Ball Invitation

Grab thier attention and let them know this wedding is going to be fun! These beach ball invitations are the perfect way to do it.

The ceremony doesn’t even have to take place on the beach. How about a seaside bridal shower? Or maybe you’d rather have a soccer game at the park. Just mix and match colors for the sport or activity that suits you best. All it takes is a little crafting and imagination. Have a ball!

Here are the materials you will need to make one beach ball invitation:

• round white labels, 1 5/8” (4 cm) in diameter
• round cards, 6” (15 cm) in diameter, in white, red, and blue
• small metal brads
• spray glue
• scissors

STEP 1. Print your party date, time, and place on the round labels with your color printer.

STEP 2. Place a printed label in each of the four quadrants of the white card, as shown in the photo. Be sure the printing is facing outward.

STEP 3. Cut the blue and red circle cards in half.

STEP 4. Cut the blue and red circle card halves in half again.

STEP 5. With the spray glue, glue one red-card quarter and one blue-card quarter onto another white circle card. Be sure the pieces are equally centered on each half and are glued right to the edge of the white card.

STEP 6. Cut out a section of the white card between the two colored sections. Leave a slight notch of white paper in the center of the card to attach the brad.

STEP 7. Use the brads to attach the card with colored sections to the white card with party stickers. The top card should spin around to reveal different “windows” that contain all the party details.
