Here’s a handy way to figure out who should sit where. With this clothespin table number board, you can mix and match guests and tables with ease. Make individual tags with each table number and guest’s name. (Use small tags for the table number and longer ones for the names.) Handwrite them or print them from your computer. Or, for super style, hire a calligrapher to hand-letter them in a decorative script.

Cover a small bulletin board with fabric and attach colored ribbons that span from side to side. (Be sure to attach the ribbons securely so they withstand all the pulling and moving of the tags as you sort things out.) Display the board on a table where your guests can find it easily. What a charming way to guide them to their seats!
